StoreLens is a Chrome extension that analyzes Shopify stores. When you click "Analyze This Store," it reads publicly available information from the current page and the store's own public storefront endpoints (such as /products.json, /cart.js, and /collections.json) to show you the store's theme, installed apps, payment methods, social links, products, and collections.

Stores you bookmark, notes you write, your dark-mode preference, and any API keys you enter are stored locally in your browser using chrome.storage.local. It stays on your device and is only sent to third-party services (SimilarWeb, Facebook) if you supply your own API key/token to use those optional features.

We do not sell or transfer user data to third parties. We do not use any data for purposes unrelated to the extension's single purpose of Shopify store analysis, and we do not use any data to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes.
